Meet the team

Partner

Ivan joined the firm in 1998 and was promoted to Partner in 2006. He is ACCA qualified and supports clients with a wide range of financial advice to help them grow their business. Ivan has clients in a wide range of industries and in particular he has clients in the construction and transport sectors.

Outside of work Ivan enjoys watching football (for his sins he is an avid Tottenham Hotspur fan!), spending time with his family and walking his dogs.

Partner

Andy became a partner in 2001 after qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1997.He is a registered Auditor and has considerable experience in managing, accounting and taxation matters with local businesses and personal taxation matters He has been involved in many start- up businesses, acquisitions and disposals.

Partner

John is ACCA qualified and joined the firm in 2012 having previously worked and trained in regional practices. John provides a full range of services to his clients and particularly enjoys taking an active role in Owner Managed Businesses helping them to achieve their aspirations.

When not pursuing the children's sporting interests John enjoys sailing, golf and watching live sport.

Partner

Mano Joined the firm in May 2012 after many years experience working in London for Top 10 firms. He is ACCA qualified and is also qualified to undertake audits. In addition to providing a wide range of services in accounts and tax, Mano manages our audit assignments. Mano has a client base ranging from sole traders up to SMEs who require an audit. He has clients covering a wide range of business sectors.

Outside work, Mano enjoys playing and watching cricket, undertaking challenging DIY projects and is a keen supporter of and participator in local community charities.

Tax Director

James was promoted to Tax Director in October 2022 after joining the firm in 2018. James is a Chartered Tax Advisor and is ACCA qualified with over 20 years’ experience. James leads our tax service advising on a wide range of taxes with particular focus on personal taxes and capital gains tax.

When not advising on tax, James supports his local community shop which he was instrumental in establishing. He is also a member of Colchester Forum Rotary club and a Trustee for Beacon House. James was also the 2020 National President for Junior Chamber International (JCI) UK.
